It’s not compatible with my device pls help and fix

Good morning good evening good afternoon I need some guidance i just downloaded college football 27 Moblie on my iOS device my device model is updated to latest software updates and its model is a iPad 12.9inch 4th generation and it say its not compatible and you know what weird iPad 12.9inch 3rd generation is compatible but not the next one up I feel I’m getting scammed in my opinion but that’s just me.
any devs that see this please get this fixed as soon as possible.

    Device compatibility is generally established before the launch of a game. Having said that, it may be worthwhile checking back on this from time to time to see if there is any change to your device compatibility. Thank you. EA_Barry.
