Account suspended after paypal refund transaction

 08167382  this is my case number after havinf waited over an hour  to speak to an agent... my account has been suspended after a paypal charge back that l did not authorise, jusr questioned it as a duplicate payment.

After lengthy explanation agent has closed the case and made up closing customer comments.. (l can both speak and write English!)!

Please unsuspended my account and enable me to pay what ever needs paying.

l was still able to select and pay for 4 DLC components while my account is in suspended stae but of course now can not access then, l have multiple confirmations of payment.

Why was this case closed and what should l do now.   

All in all VERY POOR EXPERIENCE.
