cant connect to ea servers on dead space 2 on xbox one

ok so I cannot connect to ea servers on dead space 2 to play multiplayer with my friends as I tolled my friends its free to play with games with gold I'm wondering if maby the ea servers are down on ...

Can you give us some detail on what happens when you try to play, please also post any error message you may see.

    I figured it out. Just turn off the xbox and unplug it for a few seconds. Then when you start it back up it should work
