Can't play dead space 2 english language on Xbox

Like the title suggests, I'm trying to play dead space 2 with English dubbing, but it's only set in Spanish. Now I live in Italy but I practically play all my games in English and it has never been a ...

    @MikCarda93 If the dialogue is in Spanish then it is most likely a case that you have a Spanish copy.  Due to regional restrictions, at times a games language can not be changed. 

    Have you tried changing it ingame?

It's a digital copy i got from Xbox live, so it can't be Spanish and no I can't find the option ingame
