    This is unfortunately a known glitch and there is nothing we can do to grant you the items. There are some community workarounds to circumvent the glitch and get access to the items. I recommend to just look around, there are various community forums where they link some community mods to fix the glitch. Please understand that we are not able to offer community workarounds which alter game-files and that the download and use of non official patches is at your own risk.
