Dead Space 2 playtime suddenly reset

I owned Dead Space 2 and beat the game once, and I had around 11 hrs of playtime. Now, when I check, my playtime got reset from the beginning. Please resolve this issue

@HS22000 I am afraid that the playtime counter is not something that can be reset on an account. We suggest clearing the cache for the EA app, and then run a repair to see if that helps. If it does not though, we would have to file a bug report on that one as CMs don't have the option to reset that for a single player's account. That would need to be resolved for the masses using the EA App if its a widespread issue.
