Dead Space 3 Amazon pre-order DLC

So I pre-ordered DS3 from amazon and I'm suppose to get this special weapon that I never got? The official deadspace.com website even had a video displaying said gun and I've yet to see it in the game at all. Also I never got anything extra from having a Dead Space 2 save and I have the Dead Space 2 save on the same exact memory unit I'm looking at it right now but the game never  registered me having a Dead Space 2 save...wow I have 4 Dead Space 2 saves.

    Hey!

    Your exclusive pre-order items should available after you redeemed the code on your in your gamebox including content-card. You didn't get the items from the start from the game, after redeeming the code the items are available at your first visit of a bench and armor station.

    If there was not code in your gamebox, you need to get in contact with amazon as your retailer and ask for a replacement.
