Dead Space 3 Chapter 13 bug that has me stuck

Luckly I was even streaming when this happened but after climbing the mountain and going around the edge where there is suppose to be a ladder my world just..ends.. I've tried 5 times to reload...climb up the mountains again..and again just for the same thing to happen and now im stuck, i've restarted orgin, reloaded the game and restarted my PC, still same thing every time. I've played the whole game co-op so far with the same person he saw the ladder and everything just fine its just me who cant see it, even in solo campaign ..any ideas how I can get past this? here is the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WrIBo7AJzic
