Dead space 3 coop lags

Hi.

Me and my friend just bought this game for another hours of fun on co-op. But I have an issue. 

When I start play co-op campaign with my friend, there are freezing lags which freezes my video and on my friends PC it say's connection interrupted.

I tried to host and he tried to host and there is no change. Its not FPS drop rate. Game is running well in single-player and when I show FPS rate in co-op or single-player there are only  but never drop 30 fps. We have same internet provider with good internet (sending picture) http://www.speedtest.net/result/2905944361.png. But I think, its not caused by slow internet. He has same connectivity, other games didnt do any lags or freezes like in this case. For example one of your games I play with no internet lags is Mass effect 3 multiplayer.

Is there any chance to repair this problem because its really annoying when I shoot there is lag but everything is moving. The game doesnt stop and I hear normal audio. It jusrt freezes my video and my friends get "connection interrupted". When I host it lag the friends game too.
