Remember this is a public forum and, as you apparantly did, people search for solutions on this forum. That's why I included the "check hidden games" step. You are not talking to live chat on this forum and given the volume of posts we receive, we do not provide one-to-one support in the same way that customer support do. Neither can we update your account. That's why the final step was to contact customer support for further help.
Did you check your bank/credit card account in case the payment did not reach us and the payment was returned to your account?
