in Dead Space 3, through the in game DLC purchase menu from BENCHES and Suit Kiosks, i used to have access to Resource packs that you could spend either in game currency (ration seals) or actual mone...

Yes, this is happening right now. I'm in game and the resource packs are unavailable in the DLC menu.
