Dead Space 3 Low Frame Rate

Hey, guys. I'm having some seriously weird issues with Dead Space 3. I must've taken a break from the game for nearly 2 weeks... I load it up today and I get this horribly low frame rate just at the ...

Hi nonvictim,

Check your Windows Updates to see if there was any updates performed in the background. If you see something that may have a performance impact you can remove it via 'view installed updates'. If removing an update has no effect then reapplying that update is advised.
