Dead Space 3 Wont Startup

Dead Space 3 does not want to launch, at first i had directx issues which i fixed by deleting all .cab files in redist folder, but when i launch it launches in the wrong resolution, it has a grey screen and it makes my monitors ( 2 ) go whack.  the grey screen stays for a bit then goes pitch black and the game crashes.  I've tried reinstalling, im running in compatability mode, ive tried command lines to change the resolution, geforce drivers are updated and i cant change settings through geforce, i also tried changing settings.txt (making the file and using the settings) but nothing is working and none of the posts seem to have my exact problem. i have also tried repairing. my specs are

CPU - AMD FX 6300 six core
RAM - 8GB

OS - Windows 7 64 bit HP

GPU - GeForce GTX 750 Ti

@Get_Exclusive I see, thanks. I think the next step is to contact Nvidia support. The card driver details aren't displaying properly and it does look like a driver/dx-related issue.

Since there's not much more in-depth we can ask other than a clean reinstall, I think reaching out to the Nvidia is the way forward.

    Windows 7 HP 64

    AMD 6300 Six Core

9182 MB RAM even though i listed these already

and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti

and for drivers there is no date or driver

Dead space 2 runs fine, it had a buggy launch and in the wrong resolution but i was able to go through and change it now it works fine.

Dead space 1 does the same thing as 3, it launches but theres no screen at all then it crashes

and i also ran the redist setup as admin and nothing changed

There is no exclamation point and the scan says no integrity violations
