When the Dead Space 3 achievements were unlocked I got a bunch of achievements but ever since the EA app I haven't been able to get achievements also whenever I try to open the new EA app it closes after I login and I have tried all of the fixes for it
I tested with a friend with the "Heaven Can Wait' achievement and while he was able to get the achievement I was not able to

same here!
been playing dead space over the last month or so and apparently I've managed to obtain 150 logs but not 75... surely i have to reach 75 before i can get to 150.....
along with no achievement for completing chapters 4 and onwards... until chapter 10 and 11 which apparently i did achieve; I've completed the game and am now doing new game plus.....
why are these even problems @EA

@BugBran Hey this is an issue that is currently being looked into. Sadly there isn't a way to update those achievements manually.
There are ways to try to sync it if you would like to try.Delete Windows Temp Files
- Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
- Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
- Delete everything it allows you to delete
- Reboot the PC
EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
Run the EA app updater as Admin
Once these are completed, please post the following info
- EA App/Steam/Epic:
- EA ID/Steam user ID:
- Windows OS
- Windows OS version
- GPU model and driver version::
- Region:
- Are you using an internal or external drive?
- Are you using an HDD or SSD?
- Date this issue started (is it still happening?)
- Any other errors?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip:
- attach a DxDiag for me?
- Attach the EA App Error Report ID Here
