Community Manager@Govnomat If you have opened ports, set up a DMZ, opened ports and done everything else then there is nothing we can really suggest.
Do you have a seperate router and modem, if so then you may need to make changes on both.
If it is not possible to change your NAT type then only the ISP can help you get this sorted as all this points to an issue with your network.

Can you write to me what ports I can open, maybe I was reading an old thread, so I can try one more time?
1. I made a static IP address
2. I went into my router settings and port forwarded : TCP: 80, 443, 9988, 20000-20100, 22990, 17502, 42127
UDP: 3659, 14000-14016, 22990-23006, 25200-25300
3. That did nothing
4. Set up DMZ to my static ip address, did nothing
5. turned on uPnP, did nothing
6. at one point uPnP said it had its port mapping set to EA tunneler, but still nothing
Did I do something wrong?
I used http://www.portforward.com/
