@seanisme1 thanks for all the details and your information. If you have already performed the workarounds listed above, there is unfortunately not much we can do here and it might be that the game is not working on your mobile phone, even if it meets the minimum system specs. As for workarounds listen above, im not sure what you mean. Like ive tried uninstalling and re downloading it. The error message says something along the lines of goto the help page and choose your country, but ive looked all over and havent been able to find anything that really fits that description.
