Dead space ignition

I do desperately love my dead space games all of them upon a slow day I decided to boot up Dead Space 2 when I realized that I could not access the hacker shoot without a new save file for Dead Space ignition I was perfectly capable of downloading the game from Microsoft store however upon trying to start the game it gave me a few issues claiming that I did not own the rights after talking with Microsoft for about an hour I was informed that it was a developer issue and I would love to be able to play this game again and in the process regain access to that amazing add-on for Dead Space 2 is there anyway that we can get this situation rectified so that perhaps I could at least purchase the game again
