Dead Space Mobile HTC M9

I own an HTC M9 and just downloaded the Dead Speace mobile game to show a customer at the Sprint store and the volume is all static. I love Dead Space and EA but I really don't want to feel like I go...

With such a new device the Operating System could be an issue. Is it running Android Lollipop?
