Deadspace dlc

Hi. My name is Shawn. I just purchased your "bot personality pack" for Deadspace 3. Your email says I need to download software but, I don't see why that is necessary. I simply need the redemption code so I can enter it the next time I am on the Playstation Network. If it is absolutely necessary that I download your software I would rather cancel my order instead and purchase it elsewhere. Please contact me at your earliest possible convenience.
