So I have been offered a free game by EA and I want Dead Space but it says I don't meet the requirements for this download. My account is not underage I always make sure it's not when I make accounts, anyone got an idea why its saying this?
It sounds like a bug and/or you don't qualify for the event. Only owners of SimCity who purchased it before March 25th qualify for the free game. The games will be given out in waves and on various days. Check out the promotional page for more detail. North American gamers can get their games on the 20th, though I've managed to get mine sooner. Keep trying, or wait.
