Please go to your account settings in your Origin client and change the language you prefer. Update your game under "My Games", it should now patch the additional available language pack in French. If that doesn't work, restart the client and re-download DS3. You can save your gamefiles in a different folder for later use. The game should now available in French.

Very interesting, nice to know, that is not at all what was asked... We already have the game in French. We want to play it in ENGLISH. As in "Hey, this is Dead Space 3, have fun playing it in a good language that people enjoy", and not "Bonjour, ceci est Dead Space 3, ne vous amusez pas avec ce jeu car notre langue est horrible, surtout les traductions des voix".
Sorry for the rant, but the question was pretty clear.
