I'm sorry to hear that. I can see that the key is associated with your account, so that wouldn't be lost on a reinstall. It's worth trying a reinstall after restarting your machine with a Clean Boot.
For the DS3 bit, are you getting warped back, or is it killing you and reloading the save?

in regards to the DS3....I've caught the tram, completed all of the side missions, but the game says inventory saved, progress saved...BUT it always restarts me at fighting all the creatures prior to catching the TRAM....this is a major issue. I thought I had found a cure by starting my chapter i.e,. Chapter 7 66% complete....This has worked ONCE...now all of that work, and progress isn't even agailable...
Let's work on DS 1, then DS 3....There are a lot of folks on the forums upset about the DS 3 situiation.

Hi well nothing has changed....I've uninstalled the game Dead Space, restarted my PC, went back into Origin re-downloaded the game...attempted to start the game and I get the same error!!
However since then I've also purchased Battlefield Brothers in Arms, and Battlefield 4...both are which are working fine via Origin. This seems to be a Dead Space problem just as the Deadspace 3 problems seem be. I'll wait for a reply from you hopefully this week.
In the meantime I am considering a refund or exchange...

I just printed those two solutions out. There are a lot of people with this problem on the Origin Forums and it dates back as far as Feb.2013...I am not too sure I am willing to go through all of this for O N E game when all of my other games work FINE. I am at the point where I just want a REFUND however that option is NOT available when I look into my history. EA has also made it very hard to call or email anyone for TECH SUPPORT. As usual I'l keep you posted. I'm really not that interested in playing DEAD SPACE !! It's too much aggravation:mansad::manfrustrated:
