I pre ordered dead space 3 like 3 hours ago. However I cannot find my game or any redeem code. Can you help me?

The game should show after your payment has cleared. You should contact billing @ ://help.origin.com

glussier, thats bull **bleep**. I pre ordered it December 9th and I am still waiting for it to show up. Every time I log a ticket it gets closed and deleted.

I took the information from an Origin support person on the Origin's forum. I, myself, never pre-order, Normally I purchase on release date and via download if it's available, otherwise I go to the store and purchase the game dvd.

Just to rectify, please open your Origin client, go to "My Games" and under the tab "Show:" select "Hidden Games". If your game still didn't show up at Origin, you need to contact one of our Game Advisor, as EABarry mentioned before.
Please keep in mind that you should never post private data like e-mails, real name and order numbers in a public board like AnswerHQ. I edited previous posts, it is for the safety of your data.

I ordered Dead space 3 on Febuary 4th. It is now the 14th and it hasn't even shipped yet. I want to cancel my order and get refund. Talked to somebody on live chat. they gave me a number to call to get help and nobody answered. Extremely disappointed.

In origin's order history I can see my order. But I can't find DS 3 in my games section. Can you tell me what's the problem
