I got email from Origin shortly after the DS 3 release time that since I had preordered the limited edition, the DS1 game was now available for me to download on Origin. It wasn't, and it still isn't. The DS 3 icon is present, and I have downloaded, installed, and successfully tried out the game. But there is no icon at all for DS 1. I do have the most recent Origin client.
Origin client -> Origin Tab -> Account and Privacy -> Order history doesn't display any orders after November 13, 2012. I ordered the DS 3 limited edition only last week.
Hi mate, I had the same issue but I solved it myself, just go to origin>help>Order history> in your DS 3 order history click to download your game > then use your DS 1 unlock code provided to Redeem your game. Problem is solved.
