My game made me delete DLC that is required to play

I went to play Dead space 3 today, and it said that I had to delete my EG-900 SMG that I got for preordering from gamestop. I deleted it and went back on the game, and it said that the DLC was REQUIR...

I talked to an EA worker, and they said to post the issue on the forum, because it appeared to be an in-game issue. When I went to the forum, it wouldn't let me post. How do I post in the forum?
