New unlocked suits not showing in Kiosk

So I completed the game a while back and then straight away started again on New Game+ it said i unlocked a bunch of things (which showed up) but it also said I unlocked a Legendary suit which never showed up in the kiosk, I shrugged it off, but the other day I carried on with my new game+ save, while playing it said "New Suit in Kiosk" I went to the suit Kiosk, no new suit, I shrugged it off again, but just now while starting chapter 14 it said AGAIN "New Suit in Kiosk" but there is nothing, why aren't any of my new suits showing up in the kiosk?
