Origin - Order Canceled even though I was billed?

The game still appears in my library. I have the invoice and bank statements. I ordered other games, too, and they have not been canceled. There does not appear to be any errors and the games appear ...

Think you need to contact customer support then so they can look into your acocunt

They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

I've been trying to use the Livechat for a long time now, but every time I click it nothing happens. I have no idea why. The game is still in my library and doesn't seem to have been affected.

    I have the same issue, for SimCity, also paid for on March 2nd via Paypal. On customer service hold right now after the first guy gave up trying to figure out what was wrong.

      Dealing with this myself for a Battlefield order. Also paid with Paypal but mine was on 2/19.
