I am having this issue on the third ice wall climbing area.
I keep pressing the up key, and he just won't jump.
It's a right to left jump, the third time you use one of those harpoon climbing things.
Everytime I get to the edge of the ledge I need to jump across I get thrown back to the right, as though he was falling off the cliff.
I thought it was a controller issue, I had problems jumping in the prolouge as well. However, I was able to jump later easily.
I am alos playing the PC version.
After messing around for a total of about an hour I found that when I hold the SHIFT key, W, and UP at the same time I am able to jump.
