Community Admin@Get_Exclusive That's a bit unusual, seems that something is going awry with your card drivers. Can you try a clean install of your drivers for your Nvidia 750 then check your dxdiag again?

Community Admin@Get_Exclusive Hey, if you check the Control Panel then the Device Manager, if you check under Display Adapters do is there any exclamation mark for the 750Ti?
Past this, can you try running the system file checker? This should help if there are issues with the core Windows files?

Community Admin@Get_Exclusive I see, thanks. I think the next step is to contact Nvidia support. The card driver details aren't displaying properly and it does look like a driver/dx-related issue.
Since there's not much more in-depth we can ask other than a clean reinstall, I think reaching out to the Nvidia is the way forward.
