Re: (PC) Scavenger Bot Missing...

I fully understand that this topic has been discussed a lot, I'm only throwing in my two cents hoping that if enough people complain EA will fix this problem. My friend got the game before I did and told me about the glitch with a bot disappearing so I read up on here the reasons that cause it so when I got to chapter 17 I decided not to deploy any more bots and make sure all of them were back before continuing just to make sure i had them. I beat the game and started a new game plus and low and behold I am down a scavenger bot. I'm not trying to beat a dead horse but this needs fixed ASAP.

    One hopefuly thing is that the game continues to track that you have picked up those bots previously. This is evidenced when you replay chapters but don't receive the scavenger bot you lost. So even though they are missing, it should still be possible to count how many the player encountered and correct the save files. The only thing we can do is wait for a patch.

    I highly recommend that you do not attempt to alter your saved game files to get your bot(s) back. Patches seem to break modified saves.

    You're right though, the only way they'll get off their asses and do something about it is if enough of us keep complaining.

    Its rediculous, they are paying someone to monitor this thread and delete posts they find offensive, but apparently they are not doing anything about this bug.  The most annoying part is that some of us have paid money for the bot DLC only to have the bots dissappear.  EA bites...
