Dude, every single EA pc release over the past 12 months have been broken. "Roll back your GPU drivers" is a cheap filler response, and btw, has not worked in recent memory for any EA release. PGA early release but the game didnt work until its official release, FIFA is still riddled with CPU hitches and stutters (STILL). The new Jedi has been another clown show. Although none of this is surprising (why else was EA sports obsessed with creating a licensing monopoly, no competition)
The community also understands that there is a concerted effort across the board to nudge PC gamers to purchase consoles to avoid these issues. It's obvious that devs are trying to skate by with minimal effort by attempting to quickly port the console software to PC. Enjoy living fat while it lasts.
The company is going to have to face court eventually, the arbitration agreement attached to privacy policy updates is not a shield of invulnerability.
