Re: [Under Investigation] Dead space 3 Multiple achievements won't trigger

• Platform - Steam.

• Syncing - When I installed dead space 3 on steam and activated it, steam automatically gave me around 90% of the achievements from ea app since I had dead space 3 achievements on origin from years ago.

• Corrupted saves - Its possible that the data on EA cloud from when I played the game on origin are corrupted. For example when I make a clean save it gives me multiple pop ups, one of them being the hardcore completion pop up telling me I have unlocked retro mode for hardcore completion, but I don't have the hardcore achievement.

• Mods being used - No mods.

• Have we started over? - No, however I did see a post from steam dead space 3 discussions tab  a person said they did 2 full hardcore playthroughs and still didn't get the achievement (At the top ''I went through hardcore mode for the 2nd time, but the achievement never dropped, even though the reward for completing it was there. Has anyone had a similar situation?'' by OP https://steamcommunity.com/app/1238060/discussions/0/4299322040763224149 ). Doing a full hardcore playthrough on a new save file for a second time just to not get the achievement, would be sad when I'm convinced this achievement is hard broken, as other people are also stating they are not getting the achievement. Not to mention the many hours it would take, plus not accounting the time loss of dying mid playthrough as this is one life mode and needing to start over.

• Have we reloaded previous chapters? - Yes, I have replayed the entire chapter from 'chapter select' and finished the game, but no effect.

• Have we reloaded previous saves to redo the requirements? - Previous hardcore saves? I only had the one. Unless you meant exiting mid game while playing and continuing from last checkpoint which I did try but still no achievement. Also on hardcore mode the checkpoint restart option is grayed out.

• If in Steam, have we repaired, uninstalled the game, or tried through another profile if we can? - In steam I have uninstalled and verified the integrity of cache, and replayed the final chapter, no effect. I don't have another profile.
