Serial Dead Space 3

Today buy Dead Space 3 and activate the game tells me that the serial is already used. I'm desperate and the game is new, not secondhand.

    Hi zackshion!

    If your gamecode of a new purchased game is not working, you need to get in contact with your retailer first. They need to provide a functional copy of the game including all codes. If you bought the game via Origin or our EA website, please get in contact with one of our Game Advisor.

    Mine quit after an Origin update.  Was working fine until then - now it wants me to activate the game again,

    I entered the code on the card that came with the CD, and now it tells me that that code has already been used.

    WTF? What now?
