Still nothing then.Serious question for who ever turns up for 5 mins today,how do I go about getting a refund cos you have sold me a product that does'nt do as its supposed to? with no offer or advice on what is being done about it...if anything...which I doubt very much.

I did find this after a couple of attempts, but once you know where the wench is, you really have no excuse for not being near it when the harpoons are launched, plus statis is 'yo friend!

I found the winch 1st time,The harpoons pull out & whilst its in the harpoons stasis does'nt work on it.You obviously dont have the problem.
