Suddenly Corrupt File

So I was playing the Awakening DLC, when suddenly the Autosave stops and when I go to Save and Quit it tells me it can't, then BAM! My save file is "corrupted" I litterally just lost 42 hours of progress. Needless to say I am VERY pissed.

    Re-installing fixed the file, nvm, crisis adverted.

    I played DS3 in May, I suppose ,and two days ago I've decided to continue my single mode, but the game told me that my SAVE FILES ARE DAMAGED. How can I repair this broken files?

    I just wanna play, and it says thas all my files are corrupted.... because the enervator gun
    I just star a new game and I lost all my DLC from my preorder edition , my first contact, witness suit, the evangelizer, the negotiatior gun.....
    Please help!
