Accidentally ovewrote cloud save with local. Lost 20 hours of gameplay.

Title pretty much says it all.

When i clicked play i was presented with the choice 'Load from cloud or Load from local save'. I chose local save, because usually thats what is most up-to-date for me. Apparently this time it wasn't. 😕mileysad:

My cloud data got overwritten with the (old) local save data when i selected 'Load from local save', so now im back in Haven with 26 hours played. I was in Crestwood with nearly 50 hours played.

EA live chat were unable to restore my cloud save to a previous state. I was reccomended to come here, in hope that a developer could provide some help.

On a possibly unrelated note, when i logged in earlier today (before this happened) it appeared as if i had lost maybe one hour of gameplay. I say this because when i saved the night before i had just been farming some obsidian to craft a shield for Blackwall. I had the shield in my inventory when i saved. When i logged in today the shield was gone and i had a lot less obsidian in my inventory than i remember having when i logged off.

Anywho, any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Otherwise i guess its second playthrough fresh start for me. 😕mileyfrustrated:
