Rofl...I am betting you ddin't talk so someone who knew anything...or wasn't high enough in the system to play around with accounts.  This is a player to player forum, so even if we wanted to help you, we can't do squat with accounts here.  EA and ONLY EA can help you, and only if you get someone worth a crud on their end.

I would try again and ask to speak with a supervisor if they say they can't do it...
