[Bug] Draconolgy Quest in The Western Approach

Hi, I found a BUG in the PC VERSION of the Game, I don't know if Consoles are affected too... anyways, I completed all the chain quest in Dracology quest, that means that Frederick is recluted as an agent in Skyhold (but he never show up there like other npc because he is still in the desert) and he is in Lelianas perks, because I killed the High Dragon after setting up the bait, etc, etc, meaning I completed: The Abyssal High Dragon.

The problem is that since I found Frederick in the desert it never completed the first quest called "Dracology" but it let me contiue with the other quests that follow that one so now I have only one quest in Western Approach and is Dracology even after I met Frederick so the quest it's bugged and it's a little bit annoying that the quest is not complete, I'm a completionist ☹️

Anyway, what I think I did to trigger the bug was that I had the materials he asked for the next quest he is supposed to give you after you find him,

I had the materials because I was killing and exploring the map in the north (he is south) so when I met him for the first time I talked to him and gave him the materials and that completed the second quest but not the first one "Dracology".

I hope Devs can reproduce the bug and fix it, sry for my bad english but is not my native language.

pd: this is the second bugged quest I have found since Dorians quest in Red Cliff where you enter the tavern and everything is empty but that was easy to fix, just reload the game in front of the door and enter with Dorian, not your Inquisitor.
