[BUG] Spawning in cutscene location after character creation

Hi, I have a problem with DA:I. I want to create a new character (I already have one, but as I don't like my rogue, I want to play a mage) but just after the first cutscene after the character creat...

If you applied the 60 FPS Cutscene fix (the command line argument) then stop using it.
It's causing issues with the game.

My game is vanilla, but I have the same issue, what to do?

I found somewhat of a fix, if you run past the throne, then to the right and continue along the path until you come to a forest, then after a bit of forest there will be a small mountaintop, stand on top of that and you'll see Haven, get close enough to Haven and then the cutscene with Leliana and Cassandra will start.
