Can't find DLC code to redeem it on bioware social

Hi,

today I bought the DLC "Golems of Amgarrak" for "Dragon Age: Origins" from http://dragonage.bioware.com/dao/addon/ using bioware points.

When I tried to download it, it send me to the bioware social page but I don't see it in my list.

My game is on steam so if I want to install the DLC I need it to be registered on that page so I need a code to redeem it.

Thinking maybe I could find it on my origin account I checked it and it says that I bought the DLC with bioware points but there is no code to use on the social bioware page only a purchase order number (I linked a screenshot as proof of it) which isn't recognized by bioware social.

I didn't get the confirmation by e-mail that I bought points or the DLC but my bioware points are used even on my game when I click on downloadable content. (I originaly had 80 points left and I bought 560 today = 640. The DLC is 400 points and all it's left now on my game is 240)

I also tried the "Redeem code" option in the game below the name of the DLC but the go.bioware.com page won't load and a message that the "time delay exceeded" is the only thing I get.

Can you tell me how I can get this code to activate it on my game on the bioware social, please ?
