cant move using keyboard

Is your keyboard and mouse not working on anything at all, are you able to navigate the menus, type in save game names or name your character ? Or do the menus work fine but in-game your controls become suddenly locked ? Or does this happen only every now and then where you just find your keyboard and mouse becoming unresponsive but usually it works ?

In the case it isn't working at all, try repairing your installation in the case there's something that might be corrupted.

1. Select My Game Library in Origin.
2. Right-click on the game tile.
3. Select Repair Game.

In the case everything works fine on the menus but not in the game, you may be stuck at the tutorial of the game where you need to actually follow what the golden letters tell you on the screen and afterwards the game will proceed normally allowing you to get away from the paused state in the beginning.

If everything works otherwise okay but just randomly your keyboard and mouse becomes unresponsive, try pressing Enter. Chances are you might have accidentally opened up the Console.

Usually happens when accidentally invoking the Command Console without realizing it.

Movement keys (and many others) are disabled when the console is active.
