Companion Interaction Approval bug.

Ive had this problem only recently, but everytime i interact with my companions and select an action that normally gives me  approval, i gain disapproval instead, for example. When i ask Solas a question about his travels i gain a disapproval rating. And when i smash a Red Lyrium Node I get a "Varric Greatly disapproves" message, the same happens when i give Blackwall a Grey Warden arctifact. Is this Bug persistent?
