Conversations "freeze" and force me to skip through, missing some of it.

Basically the subject. A character will say a line of dialogue, and then it just freezes on their face. The game doesn't actually freeze, the conversation just doesn't progress further. For instance,...

Same problem here.

It occurs to me at first, when I try to talk with Dorian at Skyfort. It doesn't matter what option of dialogue I choose, it always get freezed and stuck, so the only solution I have is to reset the PS4.

The problem is that the same thing has happened in a main quest, at the dessert, so I can't continue without skipping the dialogue, and I don't really know if I can be able to do it, because it happens just at the beginning of the dialogue.
