Crash at Inventory Screen - Game Breaking

Hello folks!

For some reason, with this new patch, my game always crashes when I try to open up the inventory screen. I have used the repair tool, updated all my drivers, and this problem continues. At this point, I can no longer play the game. It's frustrating because I wanted to buy the DLC tomorrow but there is no point if I can't even get it to run anymore.

Any suggestions?

Well, I figured out a solution to my own problem. If any of you run into this, a clean update using the ModManager appears to resolve the problem. I'm not sure why this has anything to do with the inventory screen but it worked.
