Try doing the next quest under the main storyline, and see if that resets your follower dialog.
- I've tried that, doesn't help. Have tried rebuilding the game with no help either. Just occurred to me that Cullen disappeared about 30 hours back - he's still there in the war room scenes and was there at the Winter Palace, but that's it. His indicator isn't even on the map.
