Dagna, Vivienne and Helisma seem to be bugged
When i talk to dagna about her fade research in the undercroft she says she is giving me a rune but no rune is given. Vivienne says she is giving me a ring but no ring is given. Helisma keeps sayin...

I just want to chime in that I did Helisma's 2nd research mission on the war table, and now she keeps saying "A Request Has Been Made" without ever giving me the 3rd quest. Good times.
This is like the 3rd or 4th War Table mission that has gone buggy on me. Geesh.
Wow... I had to bring this up because not only is it still not answered here, I can't find an answer for this anywhere. Oh, and to the guy poking at someone on like the 3rd page of responses for not giving enough info in his post... he's not the OP. He's just someone else having the same problem who pointed out it couldn't just be "how it is" if other people are reporting getting rewards for these things that are happening for all of us. So not only was that needlessly condescending, it also made you look like the one who's perhaps not very bright, not the guy you were condescending to.
Bumping a 2 year old thread to berate someone on their posting style isn't really needed. Personal insults or attacks are also not a good thing for the board and are against the rules. While you weren't calling him names, you were walking a fine line, so please be careful and remain respectful as possible.
Sad fact of the matter is, since support and patches ended for this game in like Dec 2015, the game is basically "It is what it is.." meaning that if it works, great, if it doesn't "Eww, sorry but you just have to deal with it best you can..." Not the best thing in the world, and if possible, forum inhabitants will try to help and give work arounds and suggestions but Bioware/EA ain't going to patch it, and nothing will change from now until the game is unplayable on new hardware...
So if you are having this issue, then details of where you are, and such MAY help to get a good suggestion to a work around, whereas nothing will usually get nothing decent back. Sadly, I personally have no experience with this glitch, as either I didn't experience it, or didn't realize it if I did. I am NOT a 100% completionist, so it is easy to slip "minor" aka non-major quest breaking bugs past me, unless they slap me in the face.......
