UPDATE
I found the fix! If anyone else has this problem and has Avast antivirus, add Inquisition as an exclusion. 🙂

@xDestinypath Hey, thanks for coming back with your fix, I marked it as a solution. Unfortunatley this issue persists with a couple of anti-virus programs, but fortunately adding the game as an exception usually fixes it.

Post up a DxDiag file so we have some idea of what's going on in your PC. Basics are repair install with origin, making sure Origin AND DAI are run as adim, and temporarily disable of Anti-Virus to see if it helps. There are many things that can cause this, anything from cross program interference to a glitch in Windows to a hardware issue.

Thank you for the advice because i was going through the same problem. Where the game ran great when i was playing the trail version to see how well it ran with no problem until i brought the game.
