DAI The Descent Valta and Renn vanished

In The Descent, Valta and Renn have disappeared. They don't follow me, they don't fight with me, I cannot hear them or see them while exploring or during cutscenes. While watching the cutscene after the second campsite, the camera just pointed at a wall where I assume one of the dwarves was supposed to be standing in between my Inquisitor's lines. I assume because I could not hear them or see them. It's as if somewhere between the burning bodies and the giant massive Emissary fight before the second campsite Valta and Renn were plucked out of the game and I was too busy fighting darkspawn to notice they had gone or remember exactly when or where they had vanished. I've reloaded multiple times, I've fast-traveled back to the first campsite at the beginning, my PS4 has been restarted multiple times and even went through a system update, it makes no difference. Every time I load the game it's only my Inquisitor and three party members. Valta and Renn are nowhere to be found. I'd really like not to have to restart The Descent from the beginning. I've scoured DAI bug reports and The Descent bug reports and so far haven't found anyone who had this problem or any information to help. Please help me!
