I can't say what is wrong in detail, but the "data path" is wrong for sure.
It is probably used by datapathfix to set the command-line in Steam on the fly.
Unfortunately, I am out of DA Modding for about 2 years (Playing and Modding mostly BG3 for the last year.) now and never used "datapathfix".
I suggest to seek help at the Frosty discord or from the datapathfix author.
A bit of an aside, but is Frosty still commonly used for modding Inquisition? I recently completed a playthrough and had to move from Frosty to DAI Mod Tools because Frosty caused some of my DLC not to load. (The Descent and Trespasser). I think this started with the move from Origin to EA app.
So I moved to DAI Mod Manager which worked a lot better for me. Problem is that DAI Tools Suite (which downloads the mod manager) doesn't work anymore, so you have to find a direct link to the mod manager, which I found on the Tapatalk forum (I won't link because of forum rules).
In my experience it works much better, but I can understand that experiences may vary depending on which mods you want to use.
