Dear EA, Dragon Age : Inquisition for the PS3 issues and overall WHAT? factor

Dear EA,

Over the years, I have read the opinions/ questions and been one of the many players asking/telling this. I hoped this game was your chance to shine and prove to the masses tat you actually are about the user experience of the EA buyers. Here are my questions guys and don't take them lightly as I have read simiar threads and forums wondering the same thing...

A) Why on earth did you skimp on the PS3 and XBOX 360 graphics for this game? It speaks of negilgence and disregard to the players of these systems. We paid just as much for this game and you give us the **bleep** graphics? Your competition is Skyrim and they have better graphics for the whole game. I see glitches and chopiness WITH said inferior graphics in place. It does not do good for your player fan base when you overlook something as vital as a smooth and beautiful gameplay for ALL consoles, not just the next generation systems. Especially when in comparison to the many titles that give the PS3 and XBOX 360 folks beautiful gameplay. When can we expect a patch to fix this over-sight?

B) The customization of the characters is a bit lacking in variety of some choices. I only had 2 female voices to choose from as well as weird eyebrows and a handful of hairstyles. The complexions are an odd choce considering there are 4 wrinkled ones that look exactly the same... Can we expect download patches that allow for more variety?

Again, this is a bit insulting since we read articles stating you guys heard our demands...
